Takeaway simple steps to integrate into your daily routine, strengthening your foundation and connection to your true self.

Retreat Schedule

Come to as many or few classes as you wish. After each session there will be Q&A with the session provider and community time. Plan for a break in between each session on Saturday. You will use the same Zoom link for ALL sessions. All times are in EASTERN TIME ZONE.
